Taylor Swift found herself a fairly prominent camerawoman… because Steven Spielberg literally directed her from the sidelines during a hilarious moment at the Songwriters Hall of Fame…and it’s all on video.

The singer was at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York with her fiancé Travis Kelcevibrating at John Fogerty and her sons performing “Fortunate Son” when she started posing for her phone… before handing it to the Oscar-winning director sitting right next to her.

The legendary director did not disappoint. Instead of a quick point-and-shoot, Steven had Taylor completely sell the scene… leaning in, pounding it, and serving up the main character’s energy while he filmed from his chair.

Hell, even Travis was drawn into the performance…sending the clip into a social media frenzy, with fans joking that, of course, Spielberg immediately found the perfect lighting.

Others couldn’t believe that one of the greatest filmmakers of all time was shooting content on a phone.

But honestly, if you’re Steven Spielberg filming Taylor Swift… it’s basically a blockbuster no matter what camera you use!
