Wesley Hana nonbinary actor famous for his work in “Power Book II: Ghost,” is suing a swanky New York hotel for harassment and discrimination…and it seems it all comes down to which bathroom they allegedly used.
In a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Wesley claims they were attending a private event at the Soho Grand Hotel when they were approached by a security guard who forcibly removed them from the women’s restroom.

Wesley says they were wearing women’s clothing when they tried to use the women’s restroom…and they say a security guard asked the women in the lobby, “Excuse me ladies, did you see a man come in?”
Wesley alleges the guard was told “no” but still went into the bathroom and did not allow them to wash their hands. They claim the guard escorted them to the men’s restroom, humiliating them in a process of shaming.

In addition to “Power Book,” Wesley also appeared in “Russian Doll” and “Awkwafina Is Nora From Queens”… as well as a big screen role in “Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin.”
Wesley sues the hotel for damages… claiming they suffered humiliation and emotional distress.
We contacted the hotel…so far, no response.
