Eugene Mirman avoids one thing after his terrifying car accident… photos.
‘Bob’s Burgers’ star says he still hasn’t watched footage of his Shipwreck of March 31despite spreading online after his car caught fire at a New Hampshire tollbooth.

“I’m not interested yet,” Mirman said Variety. “I don’t know if there’s ever going to be a time when I’m 78 and I’m like, ‘Oh, you know what? I should really watch all these videos to see how traumatized I really should be!'”
He knows how intense they probably are, adding… “I’m sure they were terrifying,” and saying he felt bad that people were so worried, but he’s “incredibly grateful” to be okay.
TMZ broke the story… Mirman was pulled from his burning car after crashing on the Bedford Tollbooth, along with a state trooper, New Hampshire’s governor. Kelly Ayotte and others who helped him get to safety.
He doesn’t remember the accident itself… only moments afterward, as if he was in the ambulance and saw a fire.

Despite the dramatic scene, Mirman escaped without burns, although he suffered a concussion, broken ribs and a broken wrist. “I obviously had a freak accident,” he said, but he has already returned to normal life, even going so far as to go to a Lego store with his son for “May the Fourth.”
Mirman calls it his “only near-death experience” and says he’ll probably turn it into stand-up material.

For now, he’s focused on recovery…and keeping the crash photos out of sight.
