‘Selling OC’ Star Alex Hall in Negotiations to Join ‘Selling Sunset’ Cast

Alex Hall might drop Orange County listings for luxury real estate in the Hollywood Hills … because TMZ has learned she’s in talks to join “Selling Sunset” as a full-time cast member for season 10.

Sources close to the conversations tell TMZ … Hall, Netflix and the show’s producers are actively negotiating a deal that would bring her into the flagship franchise as filming begins in Los Angeles next week.

Our sources say Hall is a perfect fit for the show…even though she lives in Orange County, she already works with a number of high-end Los Angeles clients.

The potential crossover comes as “Selling Sunset” undergoes a major casting overhaul ahead of the new season. We broke the story… Marie Bonnet, Emma Hernán, Chelsea Lazkani And Sofia Vergarathe sister of Sandra Vergara are all out for season 10 after being informed in April that their contracts would not be renewed.

We are told Bre Tiesi And Amanza Smith are both returning for the new season…alongside the original cast Christine Quinn And Heather El Moussa.

We also broke the story…the ‘Selling the OC’ cast recently learned they won’t will film this year, although our sources said the delay had nothing to do with the Orange County drama and everything to do with “Selling Sunset” being prioritized in production.

No deal with Hall has been finalized yet… but our sources say discussions are underway and things look very promising to make it all work.
