Kim Zolciakthe boyfriend of Kyle Mowitzdenies spending crazy amounts of money on his “Real Housewife” girlfriend, despite his ex-wife’s claims… TMZ has learned.
Kyle made fun of his ex Jillian Greene” during their bitter divorce battle, according to court documents obtained by TMZ that deny Jillian’s “repeated accusations” that “Kyle’s spending is out of control and he is failing to pay for his family and children’s expenses.”
The documents reiterate that it is “patently false to assert that [Kyle] uses his money primarily to fund his own and his girlfriend’s lifestyle.
Kyle claims Jillian is the one racking up credit card debt, which he says he pays…adding that her ex lives large and recently spent $2,300 on a lavish hotel room.
As TMZ first reported, Jillian, who believes Kyle has more than $100 million in trust, claims he pays Kim’s rent, legal fees and bills, and even gives her loans.
Jillian said she feared Kyle”uncontrollable“Spending on Kim could result in Kyle’s fortune diminishing…leaving him with less when it comes time to divide their assets.”
Jillian is asking the court for an injunction to stop her from spending substantial sums on her extravagant lifestyle, which includes luxury cars, vacations and Kim, who she has called a “potential future wife.”
As TMZ previously reported, Jillian train Kim decided to divorce Kyle because she believed he was using her money to pay bills for the former “RHOA” star…who was recently deposed in the divorce.
Kim is still in the midst of her messy divorce from Kroy Biermann. Last week, Kroy was spotted getting closer to Jillian in a parking lot in Georgia.
