Ciara Miller does more than just put on her dancing shoes to dance with the stars.
The “Summer House” star shared some tips she’s putting into practice as she prepares to take the “Dancing with the stars“Season Stage 35. Her plans to make sure she stays at her best during the competition and comes out on top include self-care treats.
Ciara Miller has openly expressed the professional dancer partner she would like to work with on the upcoming season of “DWTS.” She is also looking forward to learning new ballroom dance styles and techniques.
Ciara Miller is already working on the “Dancing with the Stars” stage

Miller isn’t sitting idly waiting for the next season of “Dancing With The Stars” to kick off. She already has personal preparations going on behind the scenes to ensure she’ll be up to the task once the competition begins.
The TV personality said she has taken advice from different sources and is focusing on building her flexibility by stretching. In Miller’s words:
“If I learned anything from ‘Love Island’ and Kenxie, it’s [that] I need to stretch more. You release a lot of tension from your hips, so I follow his advice and incorporate it into my “Dancing with the Stars” preparation.
The Bravo star also revealed that she’s already trying Pilates and other stretching exercises to make sure she’s as flexible as possible. She strives to do the splits before the dance begins and also mentally prepares herself for work to hopefully bring home the disco ball.
“I want to be as flexible as possible for this, and I obviously don’t want to be carried around on a stretcher when training starts,” she added in a recent interview with US Weekly, noting that she hopes to stay in competition as long as possible.

Miller admitted that the days leading up to the start of the dance competition were flooded with different emotions for her. She admitted she was nervous about going on stage where she will face several other stars like Jimmy Kimmel’s sidekick Guillermo Rodriguez and ‘Love Island’ star Maura Higgins.
Being on one of the biggest stages in dance TV, it might be impossible to shake off live audience and real-world nerves as the competition heats up. However, the “Summer House” star noted that despite the chills, she is filled with enthusiasm and ready to move on stage.
“I’m so excited and I’m open to the experience.” I’m ready. I’m so competitive, so I’m trying to get used to that mindset. I’m just ready to have fun too,” Miller joked. “DWTS” Season 2 contestant Lisa Rinna reportedly told Miller that the show was going to be life-changing and “the best experience” for her.
The Bravolebrity plans to earn quality personal time during the competition

Miller previously revealed his plans for his upcoming “DWTS” debut. She already has a mental idea of what her life will be like in Los Angeles and what her days will be like in the months to come.
The influencer shared that she is excited to live in Los Angeles and drive around. Additionally, she looks forward to a dance routine because it brings back memories of her youth.
Speaking to PEOPLE, Miller revealed that she started imagining “going to a rehearsal, stopping at Sonic on the way home and giving myself a little treat.” She added that her mentality to evolve as the days go by is to indulge in every minute she has.
Competing in this competition is like taking a trip down memory lane for Miller as she grew up going to Sonic’s and is a huge fan of their chili and French toast dogs. “I feel like my mom, on Friday nights, felt like our treat would be to go to the Sonic drive-in, whether we were getting ice cream or a milkshake,” the TV star recalls.
‘Summer House’ Star Has Eyes on ‘DWTS’ Pro

After Miller was cast in the 35th season of the hit dance TV series, she revealed who her dream dance partner was. Even though the show randomly pairs stars with professional ballroom dancers, the media personality noted that she tries to give her word to ensure she’s partnered with the dancer of her choice, Val Chmerkovskiy.
Nearly two months later, Chmerkovskiy responded to Miller’s request to have him as a partner for this season. “First of all, I’m so touched because I saw Ciara’s video and there are things that I’m not allowed to divulge at this point in the offseason,” he said in his conversation with E! News.
He also added that while he thought it was a huge compliment to him and his talent, he wasn’t in charge of the casting. His wife, Jenna Johnson, who is also a professional dancer on the show, said she would be more than happy to dance with Miller or Maura Higgins.
Ciara Miller warned of hidden ‘bad karma’

Miller, in a recent interview, warned people she knows to prepare because they won’t escape what’s coming. Although she didn’t mention any names, speculation is that the TV star was referring to her “Summer House” costars, West Wilson and Amanda Batula, who recently announced their relationship.
“I believe in it and I know a few people who have bad karma coming in their future,” she said. The Blast reports that Miller and Wilson publicly dated in 2023 but ended their relationship in December of that year.
About two years after their split, cameras caught them sharing a passionate kiss in season 10 of “Summer House.” Shortly after the cameras stopped rolling, Wilson initiated the affair with Batula (Miller’s ex-best friend), which sparked a lot of controversy. The new lovebirds admitted the complicated nature of their relationship in a joint statement asking for space to process the new dynamic.
