Implement

Pulling the machine out of the box might be the hardest part of this very simple setup. There was no assembly required, just removing the packaging material and loading the filament. I was ready to print as fast as possible.

There was a small package of items that came with it. There were a few tools for maintenance and a high-temperature quick-swap nozzle. It seems easy to swap out nozzles, so it's handy, and having a spare ready to go is always nice.

The default software settings don't push the machine in terms of speed, but the quality is pretty good. I think it would be easy to say that the goal was to create the best results before anything else. Look at this image below. These surfaces would normally have at least some minor visible z-bands, but they are straighter.

There is a bit of fan noise, but overall the machine is pretty quiet, as you would expect for any fully enclosed system. I suspect you can disable the case fan somewhere in the settings, but I haven't investigated.

As I mentioned, the print quality was pretty good. They included a flexible build plate, which I will always appreciate. The material they used is very grippy. If you are printing something thin (like the rafts that print in slicer by default), be prepared to have to strain to scrape it off, as just flexing the plate won't make it let go. Mine was so grippy that the bed material tore after 3 prints. I move the nozzle away from the bed so that...
