A 911 caller says a passenger in Myles Garrett's crash complained of a head injury

The man who told police about Myles Garrett's car crash on Monday tells the dispatch a woman complained of a head injury at the scene...new audio of 911, obtained by TMZ Sports, reveals.

The caller identified himself as Frank from the Porsche Emergency Center...and he told police he was on the phone to "report a car accident for one of our customers" in Medina, Ohio.

The caller was asked if anyone was injured in the accident - and he said yes, telling them that "a lady" had suffered a head injury. He asked the police and EMS to come to the scene.

A second man also called 911 to report the accident... telling the news that he had seen "a serious accident around here".

"A girl left her car here," the caller said, adding, "There's only one car. They lost control here. They're both sitting outside."< /p>

The caller also told the dispatcher that the wreckage at the scene was gnarled.

"They knocked that thing down, I think," he said. "They tore it up."

Cops say they finally arrived on the scene at 2:58 p.m....and found a gray Porsche 911 Turbo S off the road with extensive damage.
