As if the divorce saga wasn’t enough, Dorit Kemsley‘s ex-husband found himself in another drama.
As Paul Kemsley continues to navigate his way through his split from the reality TV star, the businessman was recently caught causing minor damage to his neighbor’s property and continuing his business almost undisturbed.
Dorit Kemsley and Paul Kemsley’s ongoing divorce has been marked by several dramas, including reports that he is defaulting on his mortgage payments on their $6 million mansion.
Dorit Kemsley’s ex-husband apologized to his neighbor

Paul was spotted on Tuesday, May 12, moving his expensive Range Rover down the street, but plans changed midway and he crashed into a Toyota RAV4, which his neighbor’s carer reportedly owned.
The contractor was seen driving away with a visible dent on his car, and when he returned, he did not pay attention to the other car either; he entered the building.
He did, however, briefly speak to TMZ about the incident, pointing out that he miscalculated when he initially thought his new Range Rover had braked for him. To his surprise, he noticed that the brief contact with the Toyota had left “the smallest mark in the world” on his car.
Paul added that he actually went to the person affected and apologized, along with an offer to pay for the fix. In his words:
“It’s all my fault. Although, in all honesty, trying to reverse while unconsciously looking for paparazzi hiding in the bushes is probably not recommended by Land Rover.”
Paul Kemsley looks forward to a new horizon after his divorce

The real estate developer credited his decision to appear on the Bravo franchise as the catalyst for their marital problems. As shared by The Blast, Paul admitted that he and Dorit had internalized some of the bad narratives fueled by “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” producers about their marriage.
Now that the chapter is closed, Paul expressed that he can’t wait to move on from such a low point in his life. More importantly for him, his entire life is not defined by carefully edited clips of a show by ratings-focused producers.
Paul added that the reason he avoided addressing Dorit’s stories about the reason for their separation and divorce on the show was to protect their children from unhealthy drama. According to him: “I would not have encouraged it, and I would have strongly recommended – in any capacity, as a manager, a businessman, a father and a husband – if I had had someone listening to me, I would say, ‘This is not the right thing to do. »
Dorit Kemsley and her ex-husband are in a custody war

The Bravo star and her former partner clashed in court over custody of their children as the reality star was shot down to gain sole legal and physical custody.
Paul immediately backed out, seeking joint custody as a healthier option and insisting that his estranged wife did not have to pay him child support.
Insiders noted that Dorit’s suit for sole custody may have been linked to concerns about the real estate developer’s relationship with alcohol.
As for the reality star, she’s focused on keeping her kids happy through it all and becoming a better version of herself.
Paul has been vocal about his struggle with alcoholism in the past, admitting it played a role in his failed marriage, but Dorit also saw it as a way to weaponize her drinking nightmare.
The real estate developer added that Dorit intended to use her struggle as a way to score cheap points while ignoring all of his efforts to stay sober.
Dorit refused Paul’s generous offer

Last week, The Blast shared that Dorit took up her ex-husband’s offer that her home could serve as a comfort to the reality star and their two children.
According to the Bravo star, this offer was dead on arrival because in her wildest dream, she wouldn’t have done it.
Paul revealed that he left their former shared home with the intention of selling it before it went into foreclosure.
The sprawling mansion located in Encino, California, has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and covers almost 9,000 square feet, but is unfortunately burdened by a significant debt.
The real estate developer accused his ex-wife of refusing to cooperate in negotiations regarding the property.
He added that she was erratic, confrontational and evasive in her communications during the process. He has now contacted the court to approve the immediate sale of the house to protect the remaining equity.
Currently, the house has approximately $6 million in mortgage debt, making the family’s financial situation extremely dire.
Does Dorit Kemsley arm her children?

The estranged couple’s divorce drama took another dramatic turn when Paul claimed she was cleverly trying to get money from him for a getaway by sending one of their children to do the proposing.
In his filing, Paul noted that their children came to him asking for money in order to book and pay the bills for their vacation.
“While trying to resolve financial issues with [Dorit]she enlisted our [kid] to send me text messages asking for money for Dorit’s personal expenses, including a trip she wanted to take with the kids,” Paul said.
In the evidence shared by Paul, which were screenshots of his conversation with their child, he was seen engaging in witty exchanges with the child, seemingly discovering the grand plan that had been created to raise money from him.
