It's Gonna Hurt Author and ex-doctor Adam Kay is broken, which doesn't is hardly surprising - he had just mopped up baby vomit and is clearly sleep deprived.
He is best known for his successful medical journals, which raised the curtain on the harsh realities of the medical profession.
But at the moment, he is much more preoccupied with juggling his two babies, who are very close in age.
Kay and her husband, Games of Thrones producer James Farrell, share 10-month-old Ruby and six-month-old Ziggy, whom they had via surrogacy.

He and Farrell bottle-feed and diaper every other night, hoping to maintain some sleep while working.
Kay is no stranger to being put on alert at 4am, having been a junior doctor in an obstetrics department until 2010.< /p>
