Alex Rodriguez Says He Has 'No Regrets' About Relationship With Jennifer Lopez

Alex Rodriguez is clearly at peace more than a year after officially breaking up with Jennifer Lopez... he said this week that he is now very happy and has "no regrets" about how of which something happened with the entertainment icon.

The former MLB superstar broke it all down to Martha Stewart during her "Martha Stewart Podcast" on Wednesday...saying "life is good" after J Lo.

"You know, Martha, thank goodness no regrets," Rodriguez said. "Life is good. I'm very lucky."

A-Rod and Lopez started dating in 2017, and the pair got pretty serious in the months that followed.

The two intertwined their families and children - and in 2019, the couple got engaged.

In 2021, however, they went their separate ways...but Rodriguez made it clear on Wednesday that there was no hard feelings between the two.

"Listen, we had a great time," the 46-year-old said. "But, most importantly, we always put children first in everything we do."
