A legal battle is brewing between Anne Heche's son Homer Laffoon, 20, and ex James Tupper, 57, over his estate. In a motion filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Aug. 31, Homer explained why he should be named administrator of his late mother's estate, instead of James. Homer claimed that a 2011 email, in which Anne allegedly named James the administrator of her estate, is invalid, according to court documents obtained by HollywoodLife.
