Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania First Look: Cassie dresses up as Kang looms ominously [Comic-Con]

If the title (and this new artwork) is any indicator, "Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania" will highlight the Quantum Realm. After all, there were glimpses of some kind of Quantum City when Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) retrieved Janet van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer) from the Quantum Realm, where she spent 30 years trapped. Both will return for the sequel as well, and it will be interesting to see how they fit into the story, especially with Cassie's addition to the size-changing superhero squad.

As for Kang, the alternate version of the character seen at the end of "Loki" in the guise of "The One Who Remains" has been identified as the crossover film's next big villain. Will he finally become the next Thanos-level villain, or is he just a stepping stone to a bigger villain yet to be revealed? We don't even know what his villainous plan is yet, but we hope to find out more soon, possibly thanks to Marvel's Comic-Con panel.

"Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania" is set to hit theaters on February 17, 2023.
