In the second program of the series, airing tonight on Channel 4, Kevin and his co-presenters, architect Damion Burrows, Natasha Huq and l Design expert, Michelle Ogundehin, visited five properties battling for a spot on the shortlist, pushing all the boundaries of conventional design.

Each week it will exclusively reveal the houses selected by the RIBA judges and, in the final program, announce the winner of this prestigious award.

The second episode, which focuses on RIBA's selection of the most impressive houses in the country, features a stable converted into a superb library, a barn with hay transformed into a family home and an impressive modern extension built among the ruins of a paper mill.
