Hollywood star Luke Evans said that He was “delighted” to win an award at Bafta Cymru Film and Television Awards ceremony.
The Pontypool-born actor won an entertainment program award for Luke Evans: Showtime!, his BBC 2 musical special broadcast last Christmas. Day.
Taron Egerton, from Aberystwyth, won the best actor award and Rakie Ayola from Cardiff won the Siân Phillips Special Prize.
The event at the International Convention Center Wales was hosted by BBC One Show presenter Alex Jones.
Evans, 44, said: "It's an award that goes to all of us.
"You don't do this alone , even though it was my name on that title.

"It took an army to put it on that stage and everyone invested so much time, energy and passion - we knew what we wanted to do and we knew we could achieve it."
