The 12th ODI tonne from the opener and a fluid 76 from the captain Jos Buttler took the tourists to 326-7 in Mirpur.< /p>

Sam Curran quickly reduced Bangladesh to 9 -3 in the chase and despite Shakib Al Hasan's half-century of struggle, the hosts limped to 194 all.

Leg spinner Adil Rashid retired Shakib and impressed again, taking 4-45.

Curran came back to finish the job, finishing with numbers 4-29, and England took an unassailable 2-0 lead in Monday's ODI final.

After going through a rough start, Roy accelerated as the stick got easier and hit a 104-ba ll cen t during a 109 race pit with Buttler.

The skipper also seemed destined for a century but having hit Mehidy Hasan for a back-to-back six, he was cut off on the next ball by an excellent return from the off-spinner.

Moeen Ali and Curran picked up the momentum with some impressive late strikes before Curran rocked Bangladesh with two wickets on his first pass and a third on his second.
