Hosts beat their two-day high score, set when they won the 183 points on Saturday with 394-6, but Ireland couldn't beat as the rain came during the interval and never relented.

Mushfiqur Rahim scored his eighth final delivery centenary ODI and his country's fastest on 60 balls.

Bangladesh's total was 11 points higher than they did in Saturday's opener.

Mushfiqur, 35, hit 14 fours and two sixes in his 100 innings, with nine of those bounds coming in 11 balls either side of his 50.

His innings were backed by 73 for m Najmul Hossain Shanto, with Litton Das contributing 70.

Graham Hume was again chosen among the Irish bowlers with 3 -58.

Teams will meet in their final ODI meeting on Thursday, before playing a three-game Twenty20 Series.
