'Big Brother' Star Mike 'Boogie' Malin Arrest Warrant Issued

"Big Brother" winner Mike "Boogie" Malin is in legal trouble...a California judge issued a warrant after Mike failed to show up for a court date, and now his probation has been revoked.

Informed sources tell TMZ...Mike was MIA at a court hearing on Wednesday regarding his stalking case...so judge issued arrest warrant, set bail for Mike to $20,000 and revoked his probation.

Looks like Mike missed his second chance here...we were told he was due in court two weeks ago for a "proof of residency program" hearing, but he didn't. isn't introduced either, but his public defender took the blame and the judge moved the court date to Wednesday...but Mike was again absent.

We were told that Malin, who won season 7 of the reality series, had a new public defender on Wednesday, who told the court that she emailed Mike and he knew he was supposed to show up...but when the judge said she's calling Mike, he didn't pick up the phone.

According to our sources, Mike's probation officer said Malin told him on Tuesday that he would be in court on Wednesday...but after an hour of waiting at the courthouse, the judge called the case and issued the arrest warrant.< /p>

TMZ broke the story... Mike did not contest the crime of stalking last year in a case involving his former 'BB' pal, Dr. Will Kirby, and Malin was sentenced to 2 years of probation and ordered to pay Will over $44k.
