Britney Spears Prenup with Sam Asghari leaves her nothing

Britney Spears won't have to pay ex-husband Sam Asghari any money, at least based on their prenup, but our sources say there's a big reason she'll feel obliged to write him a substantial check.

Sources with direct knowledge of the prenup tell TMZ...Sam is not receiving any divorce payments. Also, the prenup prevents her from getting spousal support. He may keep the gifts Britney gave him and his cars, but that's about it.

Our sources say there is an "extended confidentiality clause" in the prenup, prohibiting Sam from discussing his relationship with Britney.

So on the surface it looks like Sam isn't getting anything big, but he's not.

As we reported, Sam's attorney, Neal Hersh, has filed divorce papers asking for spousal support. Since the prenup excludes such support, Hersh's decision signals a challenge to the prenup. There are other elements of the divorce file suggesting a challenge...writing about communal and quasi-communal ownership.
