Carry On: Everything We Know About Jaume Collet-Serra's Taron Egerton-Led Netflix Thriller

"Carry On" is a thriller set in an airport and focuses on a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agent named Ethan Kopek, a young employee who finds himself at the center of a blackmail scheme when a mysterious traveler coerces him into letting a dangerous package pass through security and boarding a flight on Christmas Day. Taron Egerton ("The King's Man," "Rocket Man," "Eddie the Eagle") is set to play the young TSA worker and while it's not yet confirmed, Deadline has speculated that the "Ozark " and "Arrested Development" Jason Bateman will play the traveler.

The film is being overseen by Holly Bario, president of production at Amblin, with Brian Williams executive producer via Dylan Clark Productions. Scott Greenberg and Seth William Meier will also serve as executive producers. The film is in pre-production, but is estimated to shoot in New Orleans, Louisiana, and Cleveland, Ohio later this fall with an estimated closing date of December 2022 if we According to Production Weekly number 1309.

There is no official release date for "Carry On", but if it finishes principal photography in late 2022, it will likely be available in late 2023 or sometime 2024.
