'Cheer' star Jerry Harris' life in federal prison has no place for cheerleaders

Netflix's 'Cheer' star Jerry Harris is getting into a new routine...and TMZ gets a glimpse of his life in federal lockdown.

Jerry is about a month into his 12-year prison sentence in his child pornography case. He was recently transferred to a federal prison in Oklahoma City, where his daily life will be a huge culture shock.

Jerry is going to have to find a new way to stay active as the only fitness options are basketball, handball, walking and weightlifting.

Other ways to pass the time include arts and crafts programs, board and card games, group discussions, letter writing and television viewing...but inmates cannot not choose what's in the tube.

Jerry also has a new bedtime... the lights go out at 11:30 p.m. on weekdays and 1 a.m. on weekends... but there's no sleep... he must be dressed and out of his cell at 6am.

Jerry is unlikely to make many friends inside...guys who plead guilty to child pornography aren't exactly welcomed by the other inmates...but he may see visitors on the weekends. -ends and holidays.
