Scary. Scary. Haunted. All words you'd probably want to associate with your new horror game.

But the reboot of the Alone in the Dark series - starring Jodie Comer and David Harbor - received mixed reviews from critics.

And the word many used is "jank" - questionable quality in every way, with bugs, glitches and clunky combat.

But all critics were not deterred by the game's rough edges, and both tracks received widespread praise.
