Cocktail of the week: Luca's smaquiri - recipe | The right blender
Few things are more Italian than Campari, and here it brings that familiar color and signature bitterness to a refreshing twist on the classic daiquiri.
Smaquiri1 serving
40ml mezcal10ml pineapple juice20ml lime juice5ml sugar syrup15ml Campari, to float
Pour the first four ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake well. Strain twice into a martini glass or coupette (a chilled glass, if you prefer), float the Campari over it and serve.
