A poll of 800 likely midterm voters in four U.S. swing states suggested the overwhelming majority were in favor of ideas around decentralization, and many were HODLers.

According to a September 29 report by venture capital firm Haun Ventures on a survey conducted by business intelligence firm Morning Consult, about one in five voters surveyed in New Hampshire, Nevada, Ohio and Pennsylvania said it has non-fungible cryptocurrency or tokens. Additionally, 91% of respondents supported a "community-owned, community-governed" Internet that "gives users greater control over their information."

"Significantly, and reflecting how the values ​​that voters associate with Web3 will influence voting behavior, voters are less likely to support candidates who are perceived to barrier to an Internet decentralization," Haun Ventures said.
