D. L. Hughley says Donald Trump must be behind bars for his role in the insurgency...convinced that any lesser outcome signals the end of justice as we know it.

We caught up with the LAX comedian/social activist and asked him about the January 6 hearings, including shocking recent testimony about Trump's actions on that fateful day.

D. L. says he has already seen enough evidence to conclude that Trump committed sedition...and he says that if the Justice Department does NOT indict Trump and everyone involved, the idea of ​​justice in America is dead.

The way D.L. sees it...Trump armed the mob that stormed the Capitol and he was also behind the fake voter scheme, committing the very voter fraud that Trump didn't want to shut down.

D. L. says the hearings show the insurgency was far worse than Watergate...and he says the reluctance of Trump and his supporters to take the oath speaks volumes.
