Drums Along the Hudson is a Native American and multicultural celebration of drumming, song and dance

Drums Along the Hudson 2023 is a Native American powwow that has evolved into a multicultural celebration of drumming, song and dance. No matter where you or your family are from, every culture has a drum!

This celebration takes place at Inwood Hill Park on the site of the former village of Lenape, the First Nation of Manahatta. Of course, this is the most beautiful place on the island. The Harlem River did not flow at the time. There was only one quiet bay on the Hudson River and Manahatta was connected to what is now the Bronx. In the park, it is sometimes hard to believe that we are in Manhattan.

It's a wonderful event for families and a great way to renew for the summer.
