A court investigating the death of a British father at a Magaluf club has allowed his family to carry out their own autopsy, a source says.
A medical examiner from Madrid will fly to Mallorca to carry out a second examination on the body of Tobias White-Sansom, the brother of cannabis millionaire Maximillian White.
The 35-year-old father-of-two died at Son Llatzer Hospital in Mallorca on July 31, five days after police arrested him for an alleged assault on a bouncer at the nightclub Boomerang.
His family, led by Dubai-based Maximillan, accused security personnel and police of brutal treatment.
On a website called , set up in response to what happened, his relatives claim his death was the result of the actions of 'out of control' bouncers and Spanish police and health workers "incompetent".

The nightclub security staff member had told him to put his T-shirt back on, and cops said his death was "drug-related" and not physical injury.
The initial autopsy revealed traces of three drugs in his body, including cocaine and amphetamines, and medical responders sedated him before taking him to hospital.
Tobias' family have engaged London-based Grosvenor Law to help defend their case and are represented in Spain by Palma, Mallorca lawyer Jaime Campaner.
