UK holidaymakers are being charged hundreds of pounds more than overseas customers by travel agents offering higher prices on UK websites, new research finds.

A study commissioned by cybersecurity firm NordVPN found that renting a car from cruises to ferries to theme parks, consumers frequently face different prices depending on where they connect.

Using the New Zealand car rental website Avis resulted in a huge savings of 49.4% for a 14-night deal — the largest discount identified in the study.
