An influencer has been selected to lead a "charm offensive" and encourage other young people from her country to join the Mexican army.
Sergeant Giovana Villegas - who has more than 60,000 social media followers - has become the poster child for a campaign organized by the top brass.
The woman uses her Instagram and TikTok pages to show what she does in the military and encourage young recruits to come forward.
