Issa Rae's 'Rap Sh!t' Trailer Follows 2 High School Friends Who Start A Rap Group

HBO Max released the first trailer for "Rap Sh!t" on June 13 and the full trailer followed on July 5, showing the duo's promising journey to becoming hip-hop stars in their hometown. The team behind "Rap Sh!t" is as star-studded as they come. Created by Rae, the series features City Girls' Yung Miami and JT as executive producers, as well as Quality Control Films' Kevin "Coach K" Lee and Pierre "P" Thomas. Former "uncertain" writer Syreeta Singleton serves as showrunner.
