The fire is believed to have taken place in Fikirtepe, a district of Istanbul, Turkey, with videos showing the horrific blaze circulating on social media.

Videos show a large presence of emergency response vehicles surrounding the burning tower as crowds gather to watch the fire appear to have burned throughout the massive tower.
