Jeremy Renner gives fans an update nearly two months after being involved in a dangerous snowplow accident. In a since-deleted Instagram story Feb. 27, via E! News, Renner posted a video of himself working out on an exercise bike, captioned "everything it takes." In the next slide, he shared a photo of a book titled “Book of Awakening” with the caption “Mental Recovery Too.”

In late January, new details about Renner's New Year's snowplow incident revealed that the 'Avengers' actor was saving his adult nephew when the accident happened. According to an incident report obtained by CNN from the Washoe County Sheriff's Office, the PistenBully groomer was sliding toward his nephew when he attempted to jump on the plow to engage the break and was pulled under the track of the vehicle in the process.

"The PistenBully snow groomer began to slide, forcing Renner to exit the vehicle without applying the emergency brake," the report said. "Although the Pistenbully had some mechanical issues, it is believed based on our mechanical inspection that the parking brake would prevent the Pistenbully from moving forward.
