The Rock currently stars in DC's Black Adam. He admitted to using steroids in his early teens, but says he is now clean.

The topic came up as Rogan spoke about Liver King, a $100 million fitness celebrity who was recently revealed to be a steroid user, despite his frequent denials. Rogan also believes Chris Hemsworth and Hugh Jackman took steroids for their superhero roles.

Fitness enthusiast, Rogan admitted that he uses hormone replacement therapy, a form of testosterone without steroids.

"I don't think there's anything wrong with taking hormone replacements. I think it's actually wise. 'I think it's healthier,'" he said. he declared.

He urged celebrities like The Rock to be candid about steroids if they use them.

"You have a responsibility to the people who listen to you. And I think you have to be honest," he said.

But he also conceded that he understood the pressure on movie stars not to talk about drug use.

"The huge amount of money involved in a movie, like the only thing they don't want is to jeopardize potential revenue," he said. "And if you go out and say, you know, the only way I was successful for the Hulk is that I had to take massive amounts of steroids, people are going to get upset."

For Johnson, who received $22.5 million to make Black Adam, according to Variety, that could be a costly confession.
