Josh Flagg doesn't back down when it comes to calling the team 'Selling Sunset' - and while he admits they might have real estate licenses, he insists they are still far from the real deal!!

The 'Million Dollar Listing' star joined TMZ Live on Tuesday to deepen his discussions with Jason Oppenheim's Netflix team. Josh fired the first shot, saying the "Sunset" folks were mostly fake because they didn't have a license.

Josh cleared the air with us... saying whether or not they have licenses isn't really the issue, it's more about their sales prowess, or lack thereof.

He proudly pointed out that the people on his show are "actually making a ton of sales," and have been for a long time.

JF says the "Selling Sunset" team just needs to be transparent, and in his mind that means telling the audience that they're NOT about real estate...they're about drama and entertainment.

You want real estate, he says, check Bravo for "MDLLA".
