Image source, PA MediaActor Kevin Spacey told a jury that his accuser was "on my romantic mind", so that he gave his defense during his trial for sexual assault.
The two-time Oscar winner entered the witness box to give evidence as his defense began at Southwark Crown Court in London.
He told the jury that he was "somewhat intimate" with one of his alleged victims, but denied assaulting him.
The 63-year-old man faces 12 sexual offense charges, all of which he denies.
The court heard plaintiff allege the incident occurred while he was driving Spacey to a showbiz party in the early 2000s.
Accepting he touched the man, he continued: "It did not happen in a violent, aggressive, painful way.
