Lady Gaga drips in molten gold metals, bloodstains and edgy outfits on First Night of Chromatica Ball tour

Lady Gaga just launched her summer stadium Chromatica Ball toured Düsseldorf, Germany, channeling its music into a theatrical performance brimming with avant-garde fashion. Notably, two of the looks Gaga chose for the two-month tour are custom designs by Alexander McQueen, which isn't unexpected given the 36-year-old singer's affinity for the designer label. Yet the two McQueen designs worn by Gaga on the Chromatica tour couldn't be more different, one dripping in molten metallic gold and the other crafted with matte black leather and chunky crystals.

While performing her song "Babylon" during her 2022 tour debut, Gaga wore an outfit McQueen in metallic gold moiré consisting of a button-down sleeveless shirt and high-waisted wide-leg pants. She paired the two pieces with a coordinating gold moiré cropped jacket with shoulder pads and a large lapel, tying the button-up shirt to a cropped top with a cinched waist. For shoes, the singer wore a pair of matching gold boots, bringing together the monochrome look.

Gaga wore a cropped black biker jacket with silver eyelets on the lapel, paired with a black latex bodysuit with a crystal-embellished collar. The singer styled a matching crystal-embellished harness on top, which added a dose of camp and glamour. Gaga coordinated the outfit with black leather thigh-high biker boots worn over black fishnet stockings.
