LILYGO's T-Watch S3 is an open source device built around the ESP32-S3 SoC with Wi-Fi and BLE connectivity. The device also includes a 1.54" LCD display with capacitive touch capabilities and Arduino support.
Unlike SQFMI Watchy which is based on ESP32-PICO-D4 microcontroller, LILYGO's new smartwatch features the following ESP32 system-on-chip:

ESP32-S3 - Xtensa LX7 32-bit dual core (up to 240 MHz) T-Watch S3 Peripherals (click image to enlarge)For connectivity, the smartwatch is equipped with the Semtech SX1262 low-power LoRa transceiver, supporting 433Mhz, 868Mhz and 915Mhz frequencies.
The T-Watch S3 comes with a 1.54″ LCD screen with 240 x 240 resolution and capacitive touch technology, a class D amplifier as well as a PDM microphone.
