Man United don't want Ronaldo back after World Cup

Manchester United don't want Cristiano Ronaldo back at their Carrington training center after the World Cup, according to Fabrizio Romano, and they're ready to order the Portugal captain not to return following his interview very controversial with Piers Morgan on Monday.

Apparently this is only the first step they are taking to ensure that his indiscretion does not pass without serious consequences; there is more to come.

Speaking to Morgan, Ronaldo gave a damning assessment of everything he's seen since returning to Old Trafford in 2021 after 12 years away, and revealed he felt 'betrayed' by the club.
