Police arrest flight attendant sex ring that included up to 30 cabin crew members

Vietnamese police have busted an illegal sex ring involving airline cabin crew members who allegedly moonlighted as sex workers.

Several women and men were seen being taken out of a luxury hotel in Ho Chi Minh City on Wednesday night following a raid, where illegal sexual activity was allegedly taking place. Flight attendants attending the ring would charge up to $3,000 (£2,362) per night

A 26-year-old woman accused of being the leader of the network was also taken into custody in connection with the raid. It is alleged that Vo Thi My Hanh, a Vietnam Airlines cabin crew member, sent photos of the women to potential customers.

Ms. My Hanh was arrested on suspicion of prostitution - which is illegal in Vietnam - and brokering sexual services. The Ho Chi Minh City Police Department said Thursday that four subjects were found engaging in illegal activities in the room during the raid.
