Neighbor furious as man insists 'dog damage is allowed' and refuses to pick it up
An angry neighbor took to Reddit to complain about a local walker who keeps letting his big dog make mistakes on the sidewalk and insists "the neighborhood doesn't care"

It is illegal in the UK to allow your dog to soil on the pavement or in public areas, requiring owners to clean up their pet's mess. A woman was recently fined £1,000 for refusing to pick up her dog's poop, after ignoring numerous complaints from neighbours.
And it looks like she's not the only one turning a blind eye to the problem - a dog walker insists her neighborhood "don't care" about her big dog pooping on the grass. But a person who lives nearby took to Reddit to speak out against his behavior, reassuring everyone that they really care.

"When we walked past, I saw the huge pile of [poo] still there, and the man and his dog had stopped. I asked if he needed a bag to poo.
"He said no because the owners of the house don't care and it's a 'poo is allowed' neighborhood.
