“I doubted myself, I questioned myself,” he said. "It's part of a journey where - if you want to improve - you have to be self-critical.

"You need to have other people around you to tell you the truth and also have the humility to always want to better yourself, better yourself, and explore other opinions and ways of doing your job…

"One of the big lessons was: stay calm in tough times, understand why things are happening, and move on."

"There is no completely dominant team this season and Arsenal have a chance with the potential that is there.

"We were in the top four and why not again? You can't even rule out the fact that they can fight for the title and hopefully they can."
