He also cited APM Vs INEC, 2002 NWLR, Pt 18 Page 159, arguing that the request to dismiss the motion based on the judgment was an abuse of the court process.

In his decision, the presiding judge, Judge Tertsea Kume, declared the pre-hearing session closed and announced that the report of the pre-hearing conference would be presented on Monday .

Furthermore, after deliberation, counsel for all parties to the case have agreed to commence the full hearing commencing with the call of witnesses on October 26, 2022.
