Angela Rippon 'stopped breathing' on Strictly tour

Angela Rippon said she suffered a "severe asthma attack" which caused her to stop breathing while on stage during the Strictly Come Dancing live tour.
In a In an Instagram post on Saturday, the presenter, 79, said she had "major medical issues meltdown" while dancing in Liverpool on Wednesday. She said she received treatment from paramedics at the scene and had to miss shows in Leeds to rest.
< p class="ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10">Rippon confirmed that she felt "in shape to dance" again and that she was back on tour.
She performed Saturday at the AO Arena in Manchester with dance partner Kai Widdrington.
