Angelina Jolie may be trying to get Brad Pitt's name through the mud again, because the information she's trying to get through the FBI and a FOIA request would be information she already knew about. ..sources close to Brad tell TMZ.
Puck published an article on Tuesday claiming to have seen the details of Angie's FOIA lawsuit against the FBI. In his report, Puck says he saw the suit - which has since been sealed - which claims Brad got hold of Angelina and poured beer on her during the robbery.
The lawsuit was filed anonymously in April, but there were signs that the person filing it was Angelina. We have now confirmed that she was the one who filed the lawsuit.
Our Brad sources say AJ has had the information for years, and believes she only filed a FOIA lawsuit to get the press to talk about the allegations against Brad again.
