Bradley Cooper is saying goodbye to his longtime home in Venice... the property has been ripped off the market, leaving him with a handsome sum of money considering what he bought it for there so many years old.
According to real estate records, the actor closed the deal on Monday for the home for $3.13 million.
As we reported, Bradley listed the property for sale last month for $2.4 million. He originally snapped it up in 2004 for $1.19 million, and he's since given the house a complete makeover...transforming the interior while working with famed designer Santillane de Chanaleille.
