BREAKING: Fire destroys residential building in Lagos
A fire engulfed a residential building on Aladelola Street in the Ikosi Ketu neighborhood of Lagos State on Monday.
The raging fire was seen razing the building as residents watched from afar.
The fire is still ongoing, with firefighters working to put it out.
The PUNCH realized that the water in the first tank of the fire truck had run out, and that another truck was coming next.
Residents were seen in panic as they mourned as the fire razed the building.
An eyewitness who noticed the fire early on was unable to speak to our correspondent as she was still in shock following the devastating incident.
