Best restaurants premises in the UK has been named in the Good Food Guide 2023.
Among them are gourmet restaurants, cafes and cuisine from Italy , from Germany and France.
Tallow, in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, took first place for the whole country.

The big winner was Tallow, at Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent – which also topped the Central and East of England category.
The modern European fine-dining restaurant has been praised for its informality and "down-to-earth, dressed as you like, really friendly" atmosphere.
Tallow's menu is seasonal, but previous dishes have included spicy goat cheese with pickled cabbage, sea bass with rosti potatoes and vanilla poached apple with tonka bean mousse mousse.
