Bruce Springsteen has postponed all his concerts in September because he is undergoing treatment for symptoms of peptic ulcer disease . “Here on E Street, we are heartbroken to have to postpone these shows,” he said. "We had a great time at our concerts in the United States and look forward to more great times.

The news comes three weeks after The Boss postponed two meetings in Philadelphia, citing illness not specified. Earlier this year, Springsteen must have missed being honored by his native New Jersey with a proclamation declaring "Bruce Springsteen Day" because he contracted Covid.
The first show affected is Thursday night at the JMNA Wireless Dome in Syracuse, New York. Springsteen, 73, and the E Street Band were also scheduled to play this month in Baltimore, Pittsburgh (twice), Uncasville (Connecticut), Albany, Columbus and Washington, D.C.
