Chelsea want Walker-Peters
According to a recent report from The Guardian, Chelsea are interested in trying to sign Kyle Walker-Peters from Southampton.
The 25-year-old winger has spent the past few years impressing in a big way for the Saints and appears to be 'adapting' to the system Thomas Tuchel has started to put in place at Stamford Bridge. The fee that has been discussed is between £35m and £40m, showing just how serious Tuchel is about bringing in some new faces.
The Blues manager has already made it known that he is somewhat frustrated with the lack of action in the summer transfer window, although they have already brought in a few new names as the club want to push even further and challenge for the Premier League title once again.
Walker-Peters alone isn't the signing that's going to completely change their trajectory, but he's definitely the kind of "hungry" player that's going to keep them going.
