Clippers Superfan Clipper Darrell knocked out in altercation at game, video shows

Clipper Darrell -- the most famous L.A. Clippers fan -- was knocked out in an altercation at a game Monday...new video, obtained by TMZ Sports, shows.

In the footage, you can see Darrell - real name Darrell Bailey - in his famous half-red, half-blue suit... standing with a security guard at the Crypto.com Arena after the Clippers game against the Boston Celtics.

The two appear to be in some sort of argument...where the man wearing a red polo shirt appears to be preventing Clipper Darrell from moving through an NBA arena lobby.

At one point, the man in the video can be seen putting his elbow near Darrell's neck in what appears to be an effort to stop him from moving forward. Darrell, as the footage shows, then slid on the man's arm to pull it off.

That's when the man in red clenched his fist and turned to Clipper Darrell, connecting directly with the superfan's jaw.

Darrell crashed into a nearby dumpster...and appeared to pass out.
